Carpinteria Bluffs looking towards Rincon

"Backside of Rincon in the Morning at Low Tide"
14 x 18 inches
oil on canvas

You can get to this spot by walking down the railroad tracks from the Carpinteria Seal Preserve. I was happy to see that the tide was low as there some great tide pools. It was a challenge to put the  perspective into them but I think they turned out pretty cool. If you look closely you can see five cars driving on the 101 and a couple people walking on the beach.
